WTO Trade and Environment Week Presentation
The World Trade Organization (WTO) held the fourth edition of the Trade and Environment Week, from 12 to 16 June 2023. This event served as a forum where government officials, business representatives, international organizations, academics, and civil society convene to discuss ways to make global trade more sustainable. Dan Esty, Hillhouse Professor of Environmental Law and Policy, Yale School of the Environment and Yale Law School Dr. Jan Yves Remy, Shridath Ramphal Centre, University of the West Indies Joel Trachtman, Professor of International Law, Henry J. Braker Professor of Commercial Law, The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy were invited to host a panel to discuss the findings of the Project’s workshop series.
